This site has changed the bmi calculator, i think it has what you're looking for, fill it out and then just click file and save as....good luck

What exactly is it that you are looking for? A diet history or a bmi chart or? I have a diet history I made for myself dating back to when I was 10 if that will help it says the diets I've been on.. for how long, how much weight I lost and the results etc.
