If you could not get the surgeon of your choice whould you select another from his

OK I know that the surgeon that i really want will have a long waiting list but I know he have several associates . My question is would you go with one of his associates although they haven't had much experience as the head dr    — shae7755 (posted on August 1, 2003)

I would do a little research on the associates and see how much/little experience each has, and also what other patients may have to say about them. See if any of them are reviewed on this site. Most of all though, feel comfortable with your decision. If you are really not feeling secure with one of the associates, then maybe waiting would be the right thing. Trust your intuition. !!
