Question:
I need input on both, which one will give the best result?

My insurance company approved the panni, but I'd like to have the abdominoplasty. For those that might believe they are the same thing, the aren't. Panni only cuts off the excess skin, it doesn't relocate the belly button, you lose it altogether, I kinda like mine. Plus they don't tighten the abdominal wall muscles. An abdominoplasty relocates the belly button and tightens the muscles. I'd like to hear from anyone that has had either of these procedures done before I make a decision.
