Question:
Anyone know how much fat and carbs we should be eating?

To put it in another way, my surgeon's guidelines were: less than 30 grams
of fat/day; less than 125 grams carbs/day, no more than 15 grams of
sugar/meal, and at least 70 grams of protein/day. Hope this helps.

I have said it before and I will say it again........."I did not have
this surgery to diet for the rest of my life". I am 10 1/2 months post
op, LAP RNY, down 102 pounds with 18 to goal. I don't watch my fat and as
far as carbs go, I just make better, healthier choices now. I stay away
from the bad ones like bread, rice, pasta, chips, stuff like that. Don't
get me wrong, I indulge occasionally. If I want some chips I have a few and
that satisfies me. I just don't have the whole bag anymore! MODERATION is
the key to success after surgery.
