Does BC/BS Health Options cover tummy tucks for medical reasons?

I have Premier Blue BC/BS and it paid for my abdominoplasty but would not pay for the accompanying lyposuction. I paid cash for that and my surgeon reduced the price by more than half for me. Good luck. Jill
