Question:
Can we take B-12 with folic acid?

Does anyone know if we can take B-12 sublingal with extra folic acid?    — Sandy S. (posted on November 1, 2003)

I am 2 1/2 months post op, and I take a B-12, B-6 and folic acid sublingual complex, that goes under the tongue, everyday. My sugeon suggested this B-12 complex, so the answer would be yes.

Definitely take the folate! I ended up deficient :>( But it's the only deficiency I have, so am not complaining.
