Question:
Has anyone had problems swallowing GNC Hair, Skin & Nails??

I purchased the GNC Hair, Skin & Nails product today, but I'm afraid to try to swallow them. There is a green protective coating around it and I tried to cut them with my pill cutter, but the pill cutter just ends up crushing it. So, then I put it in my pill crusher and thought I could just mix the inside powder with juice. I would prefer to swallow the pill whole but I don't want to get it stuck. I am almost 4 months post-op....... any suggestions? Is it okay to swallow? Please help! Thanks so much!    — stacjean (posted on October 16, 2002)

I bought those pills. They are huge. I did swollow them a couple of times. But I became concerned about one getting stuck. I quit taking the pills.

I'm 8 months post-op and I've been taking them for about 6 months w/no problems whatsoever. The only thing that bothers me is the smell - they smell, so...vitaminy!
