Hi - I drink these all the time! I'm 1 year post-op, down 153lbs....They
are great...not enough sugar to make you dump, and it's a great alternative
to water (which to me gets old fast - I need the variety). It comes in
different flavors - orange, berry, black cherry, and lemon. Orange and
Berry are my favorites. I keep them stocked in my office at work...try
them, good luck!

Hi Beth,
To answer your question on the propel sports drink? My Dr actually told me
about it. As I was telling her that I get sick of water at times. Anyway I
got the permission from my surgoen and I have been drinking it. Not all the
time maybe 1 bottle a day if that. Hope this helps..

Propel is great! At first I thought it was too sweet, but I just keep an
old bottle and pour half of the new bottle into it and add water to fill.
This way it cuts the sweetness, I still get the flavor and it goes twice as
far! 7 months out and haven't dumped on it yet, even when I drank it full
strength. Good luck!

I asked my nutritionist about it and she said it was fine.

I heard a lot of good things about it so I thought I would give it a try.It
seemed a little sweet but other than that I thought I could tolerate
it.After the second day it was very apparent that I could not.Just my own
experience with it.

I too love Propel and have also tried the other brands of flavored fitness
water including Reebok, Aquafina and more. All of them have a bit of sugar
and some added extra vitamins and electrolites and all are quite tasty. I
do agree that cutting them with water helps. I also try to freeze mine and
drink them as they defrost.

My Angel loves the Propel. I tried the lemon and did not like it to much,
but my Angel don't have any problems with it. Have a blessed week.

Beth-
I tried the Propel after a friend told me about it. My husband and I
looked closely at the ingredients and sugar levels and thought it would be
okay. It is the ONLY thing I have dumped on. And dumping was NOT fun! It
tasted good and would have been a nice change but it just didn't work for
me at all.
