PLDid anyone have any problems attaining a medical release from...

their primary physician in order to get plastic surgery? anything show up on your blood work? im nervous and excited, scheduled for plastic surgery on aug 4th but i need a medical release, physical, bloodwork etc... the only doctor ive had over the past 2 years is my GBdoc and his office said only my primary can do one. so i guess its off to a new doc...just want to hear some stories, thanks for the support!    — Kymberly H.
