Susan Maria Leach has a book called "Before and After", which contains 135 recipies for after gastric bypass surgery, in addition to being a brief bio with a short pre-op journal, post-op journal, and whole chapter of questions and answers about having WLS. My suregon and dietician, and many friends who've had WLS highly recommend it.
