Question:
Anyone know where I can find the nutritional breakdown of fresh or frozen fruits?
I'm having a real hard time getting in my daily protein supplements. I figured I may try adding in some fresh or frozen fruit and make a smoothie but I'm real scared of the sugar content. Anyone know where I can find a nutritional breakdown, that also lists the sugar content? Thanks in advance! Open RNY 11/15/02 — Dena C. (posted on January 27, 2003)

www.calorieking.com has a huge list of all foods and breakdowns the
nutrition. I don't know for sure, but I'm almost positive they have fruits
and veggies and things of that nature. You can also try www.fitday.com, but
that is usually more of a name brand thing, whereas Calorieking has
namebrand and all average brands, including restaurants which I found very
helpful! hope this helps you.

For nutritional breakdown I would try fitday.com For a list of smoothies
and frosty recipes for protein shakes go to
http://www.protein-solution.com/RealMeals_Recipes.htm they have a list of
29 of them that are all low in sugar and carbs and has been tested on
bariatric patients for dumping. None of them have bothered me so far.
