I have tried many, but would recommend to you to try some samples of
various types from www.vitalady.com (michelle curran's website). i have
been impressed with all of the ones I sampled. Some of the big bottles are
very expensive, therefore, I would highly recommend trying samples or small
bottles first. Seems as if the whey proteins mix more smoothly than the soy
as well. I have bought some from GNC, yet I have read of others getting
them even from Walmart. Best Wishes!

I like Designer Protein, the chocolate is good mixed with diet rite
Raspberry soda , the strawberry is good mixed with orange diet soda and a
little bananna extract. I don't think any of the protein drinks are
delicious , but they are necessary, and these are the ones I tolerate best.
And I have tried a lot of them. But I could never use more than one scoop
at a time. So I drank it more often. I didn't mix it with a lot of fluid ,
maybe a cup at most.

GNC has a good one, Keto-slim has a good one. If you can tolerate milk
products there are dozens. I'm allergic to milk and milk products, the 2 I
suggest are all-soy protein.

I'm in love with Pro Blend 55 Mocha Cappucino -- can be bought at GNC,
www.vitalady.com (who has samples), or www.netrition.com (cheapest). I can
tolerate a couple others but figure, why tolerate them when I found one I
really like? Good luck! By the way, they may taste differently to you
pre-op than post-op. I didn't even try them until I was a post op and
hadn't had sugar in a long time.

I personally like ISOPURE.. this is a crystal lite consistency flavored
protein premixed liquid that I get at GNC. It comes in several flavors
(Grape, Orange, Apple Melon, Fruit Punch and Raspberry) and is really good.
It comes in a glass bottle with a black lid and has NO carbs or Sugars.
It has 40 grams of protein for a 20 ounce bottle. A little on the
expensive side it costs $3.50 each but is definitely worth it and since I
only use 1 per day it is cheaper than going out to lunch everyday like I
used to. Hope this helps.

I am 5 days post op and love the Pro Blend 55 from GNC. It cost me about
$23 with the 20% off gold card ( ask about it). I have the swiss chocolate
kind and it has 55 g of protein and 7 carbs and 4 sugars and I use 1 scoop
with 4 0z water and 5-6 ice cubes and blend it. It requires 2 scoops but I
only use 1. It is delicious!!

My favorite is Designer Protein natural or vanilla flavor - one scoop mixed
with 8 oz crystal light (I use Raspberry Ice). I have this every day for
breakfast. It is a very smooth consistency, tastes almost like strawberry
milk to me.
