Question:
Does anyone know where I can purchase the Strata bars and the Nectar protein drinks?

Some of the GNC and Vitamin Shoppes carry the protein nectar. Don't know about the strata bars.

You can get the Nectar from NutritionWholesalers.com for $25. That is the best price that I have found and they are well worth it. Also, try ProPlete Gold. There protein tastes like melted ice cream. Very Good!
