PICTURES???? HELP!!!!

I WANT TO PUT PICTURES ON MY WEBPAGE. I WILL NEED TO PHYSCIALLY SEND THE PICTURES TO SOMEONE TO DO THIS. I KNOW THAT THE WEB SITE HAS VOLUNTEERS THAT DO THIS FOR MEMEMBERS. WHO DO I CONTACT?
