Question:
Did anyone else become ravenous overnite? I am HUNGRY!

everything has been better than I could have dreamed. Until this week. Tell me I'm not really hungry. Tell me it's all in my head.I have a ton of energy, feel GREAT, go to Curves 4dys/week. 10 weeks out -60lbs. But I have this appetite now! Any imput or advice?    — Debby M. Don't panic! I know what you're feeling -- been there, done that. If you eat protein first and drink plenty of water (and wait between the 2 appropriately of course) you'll do fine. With your exercise regime and the fact that your tummy is healing, you will definitely be hungrier now than you were in the beginning. I just know that if I consume my protein first and I drink plenty of water, I can curb the hunger AND feel satisfied. Good Luck - Anna LAP RNY 7/3/02 -89lbs.

I would try to cut out most carbs-especially the "dense" ones and eat nuts or jerky etc -just very few carbs. I try to eat carbs in the evening only--if necessary -so the insuline spiking or whatever does not bother me all day long.
