Anyone have Doctors Direct Insurance?

Im a first time poster here. I mostly lurk. Has anyone had trouble getting the testing done before they finish the 12 week fitness program? Our insurance wont cover this procedure until we complete a 12 week lifestyle management program with cardio excercise 4-5x week and strength training 2x a week.
