Question:
MLO Vegetable Protein
Has anyone ever used this protein before and if so, how did you use it so that it was tolerable. It has no fat, no, sugar and no carb. Seems perfect, tastes disgusting. — Jacque P. (posted on May 31, 2002)

I have not used the vegetable protein, but have used MLO's milk & egg
protein with good results. It tastes kind of like unsweetened melted ice
cream--no sweetners and I think no fat. I put it in lots of things, sweet
and salty. If you can't take the veggie protein, you might try that kind.
It was only like $8 for a can at the grocery store.
