How will my body know when it's lost enough weight?
I've lost 125 pounds so far. I was 301 and my goal is 135, so I've got only 41 pounds to go. How will my body know when it's lost enough weight? Is there anything that I should do to stop the continued weight loss? — dolphins94 (posted on March 6, 2002)

I asked my nutritionest the other day and it's a case of calories......how
many you take in determined your weight...She told me that for me to
remain at 150 where I'm close to and quite happy i would need to get in
something like 1700 calories I can't remember the exact number becaue we
were laughing so hard...i'm not even close to that...anyway you have to
take in a certain amount...hope this helps....
