Question:
What about freshly brewed tea?
Can you drink that in place of water all day with lemon and a sweetner such as Stevia or Equal? — Debbie E. (posted on June 26, 2005)

Tea isn't a very hydrating drink. In fact it dehydrates you! So if I were
you, I'd stick with water, Crystal Lite, d-caf/herbal teas, etc.

MY SURGEON SAID IT WAS FINE TO DRINK 32 OZ OF TEA A DAY. HE ALSO NOTED THAT
THE OTHER 32 OZ OR MORE OF FLUIDS NEEDS TO BE FROM WATER.

I am a big time tea drinker! I just make sure that I am using herbal blends
full of flavor that is DECAFFINATED!!! If you do the caffinated variety you
will end up dehydrating yourself! I try and make sure that at least 1/2 of
my liquid intake a day is water (or crystal light). HTH! BTW--- Have you
tried the diet Snapple? Love that stuff!

I would think you might like Crystal light tea, They have a wonderful
Raspberry Tea and then a lemon tea which is great, Brewed tea maybe too
dehydrating

I would stick with Decaf tea. Caffine can increase your appetite.
