My answer would be that you need to check with your doctor or dietician.
Especially post-op with vitamins, you want to make sure you are doing the
right thing.

Jen, always make a habit of reading the labels to see what you are getting
in terms of the vitamins and minerals, etc. Our bodies require certain
supplements that some companies don't offer. I'm NOT trying to sell
anything or advertize, but we NEED to be concerned about the amounts our
bodies are able/not able to absorb. VitaMist has a Women's Health line of
formulas. You can either go to the website or contact me for additional
information. HTH ~~Hadiyah,a.k.a.~~

No, that is not enough. You need to address these separately (over and
above your multi): iron + C, calcium, A, D, E, zinc, B12 and make sure
there's B1 in your multi

You need to take 1 flintstone complete chewable (yes children's vitamins)
in the morning and 1 at night. Then you need 1 calcium chewable in the
morning and 1 at night. Do not take your calcium at the same time as your
flintstone because it will not get absorbed correctly. Space them 2 hours
apart. If you are feeling run down take 1 b-12 sublingual in the a.m. You
can also take hair, skin, and nails from gnc to help strengthen your hair
but it is not a required vitamin.
Good Luck!

What's good for one person may be totally different than for another. I am
2 years post and I do the new Viactive chewables, 2 a day, and I get a
minimum of 450% of my daily allowance of iron and 50g of protein. My blood
tests have ALWAYS been perfect. Be sure to keep up with your blood tests
and your surgeon to monitor your levels. Together you and your surgeon
will find the right balance.
