I believe it counts how many steps you take, or how many miles you walk.

Ya know folks, it's STILL McDonalds. I applaud their effort to try and
introduce healthier choices and info on exercise, but, I am offended that
they're going to think I'm stupid enough to consider McDonalds food a
'healthy choice'. Sorry, but no. For goodness sake, even their salads are
relatively unhealthy, for a salad. They put fried chicken on them, or
chicken that is 'grilled' then held in oil and water to 'keep it fresh',
add some bacon, crutons and ranch dressing and you might as well have a big
mac. It's nice to know that if I absolutely must, I can choose something
at McDonalds that I would consider acceptable for an occasional choice that
won't completly ruin my weight, but...healthy food??? No. I had issues
with people suing them over getting obese from their food, because, Hey,
they never claimed to be health food, so why would you think it was? But,
NOW they are going to go with the 'healthy' angle? Give me a break.
Really.
