I have swallowed little seeds and stuff before, everything went right on thru. You will be fine.

Same here. I think all of us swallow little things and think OOPS, did I chew that enough? Its only early post-op when things are swollen that it becomes a concern, but as a general rule, chew thoroughly and tiny bite sizes.
