Hi, I have eaten at chik-fil-a several times since my surgery(11 weeks ago
since surgery). I have had the chicken nuggets 4 out of an 8 pack. I have
also had their grilled chicken skewers (2 of them with polynesian sauce). I
love the chicken noodle soup there. I have not ate any of the fries or
anything because I am too full after the meat.

I personally at 18months post op can still not handle the chicken nuggets
from there... they make me throw up! But I love the fries and soup!

I am not sure that this is really one of the ingredients at Chick fil a
but I have a recipe book that gives you recipes that mock the real
thing--one of the ingredients is powdered sugar- you are to put powdered
sugar in the coating for the chicken....

I have eaten at Chik-fil-a a couple times and have gotten the chargrilled
Cool Wrap and I DO put the dressing on. I can only eat a bit over half
though and I don't get anything else with it. If you want to know the
nutritional values in their foods you can find them at www.chick-fil-a.com

Chick-fil-A works very well for me. I get a six piece nugget kids meal and
share it with both my kids and we are all satisfied! (My kids are very
young) The chicken seems to go down well I think because it is marinated.
Yum!
