Question:
Seattle Sutton?
Hi Everyone! I'm still pre-op but have seen alot of questions regarding Lean Cuisine, Healthy Choice, Weight Watchers...whether or not they are good choices for us to eat post-op. Well, I've never seen anything about Seattle Sutton. Her food has no preservatives and I know that it is considered to be a very heart-healthy diet. I did the Seattle Sutton diet not too long ago and their food was actually pretty good. It's all freshly prepared when you pick it up and it sits in your fridge til it's time to eat. I don't know though, how many calories...fat...carbs..protein they have. At least, when I did the diet so, has anyone had expirence with this? I live alone and this would be the answer to everything if I can order this and eat it. Nice and quick and even better if it's healthy too!! Thanks AMOS — Christie N. (posted on May 29, 2002)

Hi there, I also tried Seattle Sutton's pre-op and if I remembered
correctly the caloric ranges were either 1000 or 1500 calories a day (you
had a choice between 2 different caloric amounts), definately in that
range, they are low salt and fat and I believe that they would be perfect
for a post op diet! I agree with you, most of the food was delicious! Best
of luck to you.
