Question:
Has anyone successfully appealed a denial for a revision with BC?

Original surgery 6/2000. Lost 125#, in last 2 years have gained back 45#, most of it in past 6 mos. new Dr. says pouch was left twice size (60cc) that it should have been, have hernia that adds to problem. Am frantic not to gain back all weight, but insurance says I do not meet criteria, which is the standard 100#, BMI of 40. BMI is currently 36, would appreciate ANY help. Thanks.
