Check the insurance area on this site. Also see if your state has a
Medicaid customer hotline (number might be on your card or ask you
caseworker one exists) they should be able to give you a list of surgeons
who accept medicaid. You might also call some of the major hosipitals in
the state to see if they have a WLS program.

O.K. I had another idea to find a surgeon who accepts Medicaid. Go to the
find a surgeon page on the site for your state and when you click on their
patient forum look to see if there are patients who list Medicaid as there
insurance. I hope this or the other suggestion helps!!!

Hi Amanda, I think Dr Hess in OH takes Medicaid; if not he can probably
recommend someone else. He only does DS, which is what I had and really
love. I still have a real stomach and never have to worry about regain.
It's hard to describe the sense of wellbeing that gives me.
http://duodenalswitch.com/ You'll find his phone # there as well as other
surgeons. My surgeon, Dr. Keshishian, takes Medicaid and MediCal, but he's
in CA. Good luck!
