Question:
Does anyone know where you can get s/f yogurt? I can't find it at my grocery store.

All yogurt has some sugar, so what you want to find is 'no sugar added'. The sugar in yogurt is lactose. Dannon, Yoplait, and Blue Bunny all make yougurt sweetened with artificial sweeteners, not sugar. Also, since most yogurt these days has fruit in it, there will also be some fructose (fruit sugar) in it. Some people don't tolerate any dairy products post op, so you might want to go slowly with this.

Blue Bunny makes a Sugar free, fat free yogurt made with Splenda and it is delicious! I am in the Pacific Northwest and it is avalible at all the supermarkets up here. Try Albertsons or Krogers if they are in your area. Good Luck!

I have found the no-sugar-added yogurt at Super Wal-Mart - Blue Bunny and Dannon... If your grocery store doesn't have it - talk to the manager - most of the time they will start carrying items if they find out there is a demand for them and surely you wouldn't be the only one in your area interested in no-sugar-added yogurt. Good Luck!

I like the Dannon Light n' Fit Creamy. It has 8 grams of protein in 6 ounces which is the best I have found so far. It is also the yummiest I have found so far. Good Luck

I love love love the Dannon light n' fit. Key Lime is def. my fav. I like to put it on a reduced fat ready made pie shell, for a special treat, and put no-fat whipped cream on top. Almost like a key lime pie with out the guilt. So good. Its not sugar free, but for a person that was never a big yogurt fan, I can't stay away from it. Good luck.

Speaking of yogurt... I made the best dessert last nite! I took 3 regular size Dannon Lite n Fit's (I used white chocolate raspberry), mixed it with one container of fat free cool whip, put it in a pre-made reduced fat pie crust and froze it! It was the best frozen yogurt pie ever, and was something that I could tolerate! I'll be making plenty of these when summer rolls around.

Kelley, you might want to go to the www.bluebunny.com and put in your city/state. It's called Blue Bunny Lite 85 Yogurt. I think it's sugar-free, but not absolutely sure. I was looking for the same thing, and that's what I did. For the most part, it can be found at some Wal-Mart stores..

Also, with the Dannon light N fit yogurt you can put the yogurt(any flavor you want)in a bowl and mix in cut up fresh fruit of your liking. I do it all the time for myself and my kids just love it. So simple yet so good :o) I'm going to try that frozen yogurt pie too, Thanks!
