Michelle Curren is the expert on this subject. go to www.vitalady.com and
ask her. She is a wealth of info. It is my understanding that the B12 is
best injected or under the tongue. In fact, that is the only way my surgeon
lets his pts. take it. We cannot absorb the b12 tabs and the gels dont half
work. Good luck

B12 - 500 Micrograms per day or a 1000mg injection per month.
Iron - 1 of these three options.......Feosol-325mg Ferrous Sulfate (65 mg
Iron)
Feron-240 mg Ferrous Gluconate (27 mg Iron)
Niferex-150 or Niferex Elixir 10cc per day
Calcium - 1000 mgs per day
Vitamin C - 500 to 1500 mgs per day
Multi-Vitamin - One adult or 2 childrens per day
Zinc (optional) 10-20 mgs per day
Hope this helps. This is what I have from my doctor to take each day.

My doc told me to only take 3 Flintstones vitamins a day but I take One A
Day Essential twice a day and the pills are very small and have everything
you need in them.
