just becasue you CAN eat anything, does not mean that you SHOULD eat
anything. Make smart choices, but try a few new foods. Good Luck!!

You are getting to the point in time where, if you don't increase what you
eat, you will experience your first plateau. Making wise choices is a good
thing and MODERATION is the MAIN thing. None of us had this surgery to diet
for the rest of our lives. Been there, done that. NOW is the time to learn
healthy eating habits, yet, don't deny yourself if there is something you
want. If you want a cookie, have ONE. You will find that only having one
WILL satisfy the craving and you won't feel deprived OR guilty.

Protein first- each meal should be 75% protein. That means 3 bites
ofprotein to 1 bite of ANYTHING else on your plate. Vicki said it best.
Make wise choices! Good Luck
