I was wondering if anyone is familar with B12 Methylcobalomin

Very simple, it is injectable B12. I get a shot about every 2 weeks...... It is a water soluble vit. which must be taken by injection or under the tongue for proper absorbtion.

I am a pharmacist. We sell (with a pescription) multi-dose bottles of B12 injection. Most folks either inject themselves (yowie!) or have a friend/family member do it for them. It helps increase energy levels and keep non-carnivores from being deficient. Hope that helps some. Oh-I personally would look at the sub-lingual version at a health food store. Lori
