Question:
Can someone recommend a cookbook?
I am definitely not a cook. I find that everything that I currently make has lots of carbs (ie pasta and spagetti, etc.). Could you please recommend a good cookbook that has low carb. solutions and most importantly for me - is quick and not a ton of ingredients. The easier the better! Thanks. — Daphne S. Here is an excellent web site for low carb, high protein recipes. I have
used it a lot.

I recently purchased the book Low Carb Meals in Minutes, by Linda
Gassenheimer. It has ton of recipes, and includes a shopping list for each
which allows you to eyeball the ingredients you'll need and decide if you
want to make that meal. Here is a link to it on Amazon that oyu can copy
and paste into your browser - you can see some of the pages and the index
of recipes there:

Good luck!

after pics. She has written a cookbook and has other products
available.....hope this helps!

I don't know if this is much help. But I go to WWW.Ebay.com and search for
sugarfree, low carb, etc cook books and there are tons. I just bought a
great cook book and it was only 25 cents. Check it out it may help.
