I'm not sure what protein x is but if you are in an area where there is a
Trader Joe's they have a good whey protein called Designer Whey and it is
only $9 a can. It is about the only one I like but everyone has their own
likes and dislikes when it comes to protein. You won't necessarily have the
same taste after surgery as you have not. Good luck!! Pam K

to handle. I am also preop date of 040102!

I received my sample of Proteinex and the company that makes is (Lloren
Pharmaceuticals) even included an order sheet. They charge about $23.00
for a 16 oz bottle, this includes shipping and handling. When I went to
Walgreen's and asked if they could special order it for me, they told me
the cost for the 16 oz bottle would be $32.00! Ordering from the
manufacturer is always cheaper. Good luck to you!

I found Challenge's Liquid Protein at GNC this past weekend. They have not
carried it for a while, but the clerk informed me they were going to start
carrying it on a regular basis again, due to high demand. It was $14.99
for about a 20oz. bottle.
