I HAVE RECENTLY HAD MY WLS AND ARE DUE FOR THE ROUTINE LAB WORK AND AM CURIOUS ON WHAT THE LEVELS SHOULD BE AS I DNT WANT TO HAVE THESE UNNECASARILY. YES I CAN ASK MY DR BUT ITS EASIER TO ACCESS TROUGH HERE AS OTHERS MAY HAVE THE SAME QUESTION AND ITS NOT IN THE LIBRARY FOR FUTURE REFERNCE. THANKS — [Anonymous] (posted on December 18, 2001)

The ranges will be listed right beside your "score", but in
general, B12 level is LOW at about 220. Personally, I think we should
start shots when it hits 400. My most recent labs show folic acid normal at
3.1, but the norms vary a bit from lab to lab, day to day.
