Question:
Flavorless Protein
I can't seen to get in all my protein daily like I should. And I've noticed alot of you say you're adding flavorless protein to your food and drinks. Which product is the best and does it change the consistancy of your food and drinks? Can you tell that you have added the protein? Please help. Thanks!! — [Deactivated Member] (posted on April 3, 2010)

Unjury has an unflavored protein, just remember you can't cook it. I cooked
it in my soup, it was so gross that I wound up throwing up all day after
that great episode. They give you instructions on how to use it in soup,
they suggest you use a thermometer.

Yes, definitely UNJURY. Doesn't really change the consistency and it's
flavorless. I find it to be the only way i get all my protein in. 1month

Protein isn't flavorless. You can get unflavored protein, but that just
mean no added flavors. Protein still has a taste. Unfortunately, no
matter what brand you get, you can still taste protein, especially if you
are extra sensitive to it like I am. That being said, I prefer Unjury. I
can add it to fruity juices, and even though it turns it milky colored,
there is only a hint of protein flavor coming through. I would not ruin
regular food with it though, it would change it way too much. I only
prefer to experiment and ruin drinks :)

Jennifer F is correct, it makes your foods taste different, but I think one
gets used to it!

iuse isopure creamy vannilla in almost everything. it works well in oatmeal
cerealbean soup and chile. i also have fruit &veggie drink with it
every morning. idrink a 1/2 cup of coffee in morning i put 2 scoops in it
and it gives a slite cappochino taste to it. i don't eat near enough to get
the optimal 120 grams of protein per day . on the internet you can get it
for as low as $68 a 71/2 lbs bucket, this is the best deal i'v found so
far.

I use Unjury unflavored protein. I add it to everything: yogurt, mashed
potatoes, coffee, tea, soups ect. The only problem is you need to watch the
temperature of your hot foods or it will get lumpy. But it actually doesn't
add any flavor just protein.....
Hope this helps. You might also add Special K packets to your water as it
adds 5 grams to your water.

We don't add any flavors to UNJURY Unflavored (nor sweeteners) but if you
were to put it in water, you would know it is there.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Many
patients who like our Unflavored mention fruit-flavored beverages such as
Crystal Light or similar brands...especially the Fruit Punch, Orange,
Raspberry and similar
flavors.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Small
amounts can be mixed in yogurt or cottage cheese, but not a lot as it is a
dry powder. For soups, we do suggest a thermometer; if you go much above
130 F, the protein will clump. It is still there, but it isn't beautiful.

hope that is helpful. Kind regards, Jerome UNJURY (R) Protein and
