Question:
Can i drink whey protien ....the stuff from gnc or vitamin shop ?

I would ask your doctor just to be sure, but please be careful with whey if your allergic or at all sensitive to milk or any dairy products. I was nieve enough that I didnt know whey was a dirivative of milk and got sick after drinking a smoothie with whey protien powder in it from starbucks. I just thought I was drinking something healthy but it came with unpleasant side effects.

As long as you are not Lactose Intolerante...and the Vitamine shopp has a great Liquid Whey Protein in a bullet like container....it is packed with protein 26 or 42 grams in small container and taste good. As long as the whey protein is low in sugar you should be fine. On another note, I purchased Fruitein from Vitamin Shoppe. It's got 13g of protien and the sugar is from fruit and veggies so it's ok. The "Exotic Red Fruit" flavor is very good. Good luck!

vitamin world has a great protein powder called Muscle Milk. I mix it with almond milk. It tastes great. I use the Bi-Lo have it.

I use GNC Whey protein. I mix it with skim milk. It's the best tasting protein supplement out there, in my opinion. i like the chocolate best.
