Hi.... Have you stopped exercising? Have you slowly increased your
portions? Eating the wrong foods? Keep a food journal and go back to
basics. If that isn't the problem, then have some bloodwork done (ex:
thyroid function, etc)..

I starting gaining weight about 4 years after my Open RNY alot of weight
went back up to 248 from 168. I put on a whopping 84 lbs. I found out I
had medical issues, such a thyroid problem and other medical from the RNY.
I had revision to DS Switch in October 2, 2006. This may not be the answer
for you, but once the doctor went into to due hernia repair I had some
serious going on an had to have a revision. If I were you if it's not
medical related do it the old fashion way watch your portions and keep
journal. You have to exercise.

Have you had yourself checked for mechanical issues? Since it's sudden and
you didn't mention "suddenly" loving candy or something, I'm
wondering if there is something that isn't working any more. I think you'd
benefit from talking to others who are 4+ years out, as well.

hypertrophy, might be you have to change something.
