hi Jennifer
You should really call your surgeon and or Nuts office and discuss this
with them. Everyone of us has a different food protocol- what does yours
say about the raw fruits and veges? We can tell you how we did it, but we
cannot tell you its ok to start eating them now - best bet is whatever your
health professionals advise you to do. I do give you Kudos on your recent
surgery, and hope the very best for you- this is an awesome journey
Jennifer, and it took real fortitude to accomplish it. Have a good
evening.

hi congrats on your progress so far everyone's body is different so my
advice is just try it if it works for you you will know it if it doesn't
you will know it too. That is what i did and i found things i could eat
and things i couldn't eat the things i couldn't eat i tried again a month
or so later. I however was a rebel and an exception to most of the rules
i was out of the hospital in 24 hours and back at work the same week. I
tried sashimi week 2 and it worked fine for me
so i say try it and see what happens just chew well
good luck and abundant weight loss --Mike

Did your doctor and/or hospital not give you diet advice? If not, call
and get some! The rules vary depending upon your circumstances. (As a
diabetic, I do not get much fruit).
