Question:
has anyone that had RNY ever used VEMMA

if you have used it did you have a good or negative experience with it? i am thinking of using it but want to do more research on it and hear from people in the same situation as me    — lorey1222 (posted on April 29, 2010)

I, too, am interested as someone from work just introduced it to me.. Have to watch the sugar levels in some of the products. But it looks like there are sugar free products.

I have used Vemma from the beginning (just passed my 1 year anniversary!) and like it very much. In fact, my surgeon sells it. I get it on line and have it delivered on a regular basis. My surgeon said he has never recommended a vitamin before but was so impressed with this one he was willing to carry it as the sole supplement from his office. I do still take a calcium tab and a sublingual B-12, but that is all. My labs have been great! I strongly recommend this vitamin -- it even tastes good!

Is it a chewable vitamin? Does it taste good? I am so tired of the fruity flavors, gummy bears and such. How is this one sold?
