Lactaid Milk or unsweetened soy milk. Or take a probiotic or even beeno
with milk and that will often help. I got wicked sick last night on SF
jello, protein powder(supposedly lactose free) and lactaid milk. It was
the worst pain I have felt since childbirth...All better today...That was
awful! I am becoming totally sensitive to SF sweeteners. It just started
and I think I am now full blown allegic to apertame or whatever is in that
SF jello...THAT STINKS for me! I use it alot for desserts! :::Sniffles::::

Most people have problems with milk or dairy after surgery. I would stay
away from dairy if you can. At least for the first few weeks. Are you
eating the same things everyday? Can you find a food that might be
triggering it? I would stay with bland foods and stay away from dairy,
sugars, etc. If you're drinking juice, then cut it with water to dilute it
a lot. Not sure if that helps, but if you want to write me and tell me some
of the things you've been eating or trying then I'll be happy to tell you
if anything stands out that might be causing the issue. Upset tummies are
typical during your first few months so hang in there. You'll figure out
what foods you can and can't eat.

its been 4 years for me and i still cant do dairy. do your protein drinks
with water. why are you drinking so much milk?
it adds too many calories to your protien shakes.
