I don't know about the revision part, but try to journal your food intake,
eat less than you put out in a day. After the weight loss, its all about
dieting, unfortunately. I monitor all my foods and keep track of my
calories, protein grams and ounces in. Keeps me in check! Best of luck to
you ! Hugs, kim

It is about keeping track of what you eat. Cut the carbs and up the
protien. If you weight is climbing start off with no carbs for a week and
try not to add in much. It is all the little bites that add up. Sugar free
popcycles and pudding for sweets. You know you can do it. There are a lot
of great recipes out there to keep the food fun and your weight in control.

To answer your question, yes you might be able to have a revision. The
only way to find out if you are a candidate for revision surgery is to call
either your orignial surgeon or if he/she doesn't so revisions you can find
one who might take you as a patient. There are reasons why people gain
weight besides bad habits; Stomas stretch, staple line disruption, and a
number of other reasons that may qualify you for revision. If bad habits
are the only reason for the gain then you probably wouldn't be considered
for revision until you get the bad habits under control. Congrats on all
the weight you lost, that's great going from 540 to 245 when you were at
your lowest. Good luck!

Well im not an EXPERT on this cuase today actually is my one month of RNY..
but ask urself what are u doing wrong? What are u eating that is making u
gain all this weight.. COngrats on what u lost.. but shame on u for not
keeping it down!! Sorry but sometimes u have to be harsh!! Start simple..
do u remember how u started? Well then do just that...liquids, puree then
small portions of solid foods!! Chew!! Chew!! Chew!! oo and dont forget ur
proteins..If they denied it its cause maybe u are having bad habits!!
Remember this is a Life CHANGE...soo try to get back on track.. u can do
it! =) If u went from 5 and change to 2 and change f course u can continue
loosing weight!! Good luck..........
