I am not sure a revision is the answer right now for you. There are
several things that you need to consider before jumping right into a
revision. First, you might be at a weight that your body is comfortable
with (healthy) do you have extra loose skin from the lose of 202 lbs, that
would matter too. Try going to the basics of post op, eating proteins,
veggies, than carbs. Bump up your water intake, and your excercise too.
You might not need a revision. Unless there is more to your story than you
posted. So based on what I read, you need to think about WHY you are even
considering a revision. Have your eating habits gone back to pre op? A
list of soul searching reasons, you might see it is not needed. A lose of
202 lbs is fantanstic, so look into plastic surgery if it is the
"apron" that won't come off.

Maybe its the excess skin that is all over your body now after losing so
much! Check with your PCP. They can help decide what to do from there. Good
luck.

a few things When did you have the surgery and how long since you stopped
losing weight?
I agree with the others sometimes just having excess skin removed with get
the weight loss started again. Try to be happy with the weight you have
lost and not so hard on yourself to lose more. Some times we push ourselves
when we should just love who we are.
