Question:
Has anyone had BCBS in Utah and insurance covered a revision?

I am needing to get a revision from RNY to DS and am concerned that my insurance won't cover it. I'm going to go to Dr. Husted and I know that I will need to have a series of tests done first but I am just curious as to what they might be looking for in approving revisions.    — cpinck (posted on January 19, 2009)
