WALK! WALK! WALK! I know you may not feel like it, but that is the best
way to get rid of the gas.

Walking and Gas X Extra Strength thin strips have worked best for my. I had
the Gastric Sleeve one week ago today. The gas pains are the main thing
that has slowed me down but the walking is the best!!!!

The GasX strips (You don't want to take any pill) And of course walking. I
walk from my living room to my back once every hour. I'm 6 days out from
the lap-band myself and the stomach gas is not bad its the shoulder gas
that is crazy.
