Mannatech Glyconutrients?

I've looked at the Manufactures web site site for this drug. It only states it's just a Immune System Enhancer. Not additional Nutrition.What has your Surgeon prescribed as a Multivitamin (maybe twice a day) and are you taking extra B-12, Iron and Calcium? Does your regular Blood Labs show you need extra Vitamins?
