I am 4.5 weeks post-op open RNY and my doctor has me take Flintstones
Complete chewable vitamins. I take one in the morning and one at night.
They aren't bad at all. I have asked him about other vitamins, and he said
he will let me know what I need after he does my first blood work which he
will do when I lose about 50-60 pounds.

Avon Wellness. They , Avon, are now selling vitamins, and I have to say
that I am very impressed. Go onto Avon.com, or get a hold of someone that
sells Avon. :)

I have found very affordable vitamins at Walgreens (their own brand). They
are located everywhere in the USA, so, Im sure you have one close by.
Hope the surgery went well! Good luck!
