Hi...I use cheese, sugar free frozen items, sugar free cookies (Murrays brand).. add peanutbutter to plain ones its like cracker & peanut butter. You can put turkey peperoni slices(about 4)...put on a napkin in the micro for 10 seconds this dries them out and they are like chips. Dip in a salsa mix. Also can take rigotta cheese add alittle vanilla, sweetner, cinnamin mix tastes like the center od a canolli. There are many did things to eat. Carrots are high in sugar..might want to be careful with them.

Unsalted raw nuts are good...grab and go. Weight Watchers string cheese can occupy your hands as well as your mouth. Try a protein drink or herbal tea (maybe you are really just thirsty.) Sometimes I get the munchies if I have forgotten my vitamins, so I take them...saving the chewy carmel calcium for last.

I try beef Jerky the chewy soft kind, cheese, grapes, pears peeled, did I mention cheese, rarely popcorn, nature valley nut clusters(cheating a little I think), no sugar added ice cream. I am a bad one to ask... I am where I want to be on weight and I keep losing.

I am sure you have been told no snacking while losing weight, but what I did was find an alternative..I eat s/f fudgicles...I eat 2 ..they count as a liquid and satisfy the need to eat. Also , if you need to crunch,..try ice..again a liquid. You can also try moving meal times to a later time..or further between each meal so you are not "hungry" later. Try freezing flavored water for a treat..I hope you find this helpful. Hugs n God Bless, kim

My Dr. has me counting ONLY carbs...and to keep them at 30Gms a day. No counting calories or fat grams. I can eat all I want of food that has no carbs. So, when I get the munchies, I eat 4 or 5 slices of Bacon and little carton of grape tomatoes (I love 'em right out of the box), I eat 3 or 4 meatballs, or cottage cheese with fruit sweetened with Splenda (you can get it at Walmart). I never have a problem with munchies or meals either for that fact. I just read the label and consider if it's worth it or not to stick to my food plan. So far it's working for me...I'm down 96 pounds and only 30 more to go. I haven't had a fill since May!
