There are several different brands out there. I use DaVinci and I love
them. I also like the fact that they are affordable and you should be able
to find them in the coffee section at any Wal-mart.

I used the Atkins Advantages Shakes for the variety of shakes and you can
get them at Walmart, in the pharmacy section. They have 15 grams of
protein, 3 net carbs and 1 gram sugar. They taste great and I keep them in
the refrigerator for whenever I need them. Good Luck! Diane

I too like the Davinci Syrups....I find it at Target in the coffee section.
I have all the SF flavors! Raspberry tastes great in homemade iced tea
or yogurt...I use the vanilla, toffee and butterscotch in dessert recipes,
or as sweeteners for hot cereals... There are so many uses for these
syrups. Anywhere you might use sugar...these come in handy!

I like the Davinci as well. I purchased mine through
BariatricEating.com.... a little more expensive, but they have a lot of
protein shake recipes which are all yummo!!
Steele's also has an online catalog with a huge amount of sugar free
goods.
Livinglavidalowcarb.com is good too, just haven't used them in a long
time.

I get my SF syrups from Smart & Final. The brand name is Torani and
they are 24.5 oz bottles. They are good and just a little over $4.

I'm one of those who, through a lot of research, believes in avoiding
chemical sweeteners. To give my shakes variety, I use powdered fruit and
vegetable products. I also use Stevia with natural flavors. This comes as a
liquid, with a little glass dropper, and you can add 10 drops or so to a
vanilla shake to get wonderful flavors. I find the flavored Stevia at
health food stores, but also at the better-stocked grocery stores. Although
a bottle may be $10 - 13, it lasts a LONG time because you use so little.
Stevia leaf is a natural sweetener, without the risks of artificial
sweeteners. I had a 'Shamrock' shake today by adding powdered green
vegetable to my vanilla shake. Delicious! My "protein shake
phase" has been for 26 months now! :-)

Lots of good answers posted. I can't afford a lot of this extra stuff being
on Food Stamps they will not pay for it. My hubby in his good intentions
bought a protein drink I think tastes so - so, since I am allowed to also
drink Gator Ade (had VGS on 10/27) I bought some orange flavoured Gator Ade
and use it in place of water, I get a result that tastes almost like a
Orange Cream Popsicle). Ck w/ your Dr. 1st.

I use any flavor crystal light with my protein shake and frozen fruit. I
run the crytal light and fruit in the blender first and then strain out the
seeds and any chunks that didn't get blended. Then I use a shaker to mix
in the protein mix. If you use the blender to mix the protein mix in it
adds too much air to the drink.

I drank carnation instant breakfast, walmart makes a generic that has more
calories. They aren't bad. I found those to be cheaper than protein
shakes. I buy flavoring packets for water at the dollar tree. I have
purchased flavored syrups at Sam's club that are sugar free.
