No you dont have to eat it. Try some sugar free applesauce instead. OR
sugar free fruit cocktail. Wishing you the best, Mickey........

No you don't. Try sugar free puddings, applesauce, pureed fruit. There is
only sooooooo much jello that anyone can eat!!
Take care, Gale.

If you can not tolerate sugar free jello don't eat it some day later you
may crave it who knows. Go on the internet and you can get some awesome
recipies for gastic bypass pts.

HAHAHA you can't survive on jello alone...hahaha don't be afraid to try
other things like sf popsicles, fudgesicles (they are great!) applesauce,
etc. Experiment and switch around so you don't gag or get so bored! Good
wishes for being a great loser!

NOPE...stop if you don't like it!! Truly! I HATE JELLO both before and
after surgery. Try SF pudding.....that's my preference. You don't have to
eat anything you don't like. Just keep trying diffrent things and find
something you like. NOTE...don't buy a case - as your tastebuds can change.
:) Good luck.

yOU DON'T HAVE TO EAT IT! TO ME, EVEN THAT IS TOOOOO SWEET TASTING. ASK
YOUR DOCTOR OR OFFICE STAFF ABOUT OTHER IDEAS. I SEE SOME ARE ALREADY
POSTED BY OTHERS. GOOD LUCK!

The advantage of Jello-brand gelatin is that it is low calorie,
low-carbohydrate and has some hydrating effect. Sugarfree pudding and
sugar free applesauce, although choices that a longer term patient might
make, could (because they can be high in carbs) undermine your weight loss.
For me early on, I went with the low-carb yogurt. Yeah-- and oh so
exciting. Also, I dabbled with all the different brands of clear protein
drinks before moving onto the thicker shakes. Finally, I consumed lots of
eggs while looking for soft foods to maximize protein intake while
minimizing carbohydrates. Good luck in making the best choices that
maximize your weight loss.

Jello is not a requirement for WLS. You don't have to eat it at all if you
don't want or like it.
I hate the texture of sugar free jello. It's too liquidy. I usually make
a box of jello using half the required liquid... sort of like jigglers but
goes down easier than the regular sugarfree jello.
Best wishes
