I like mixing my own Kool-aid with splenda, or crystal light is good. Both
have almost no calories. Also that Fuze drink in slenderize is pretty
good. I hoped i've helped. Jeannie

I have been drinking light lemonade, crystal light, V8 juice. Someone
suggested Propel to me and I tried that this past weekend. I handled the
grape okay but the Strawberry made me dump. I figured it was low in carbs
so it would be okay... was not the case!

Good evening,
Here is a suggestion for you. I drink either water or decafe coffe or tea,
so that way it counts toward your water intake. If you get tired of just
plain ole water add some Crystal Light (Walmart brand is just as good) to
still count toward your daily water count! Good luck.

get those crystal lights to go, they are great in a bottle of water and wal
mart has their brand too with different flavors. I do drink propel with no
problem. your sugar free popscicles also count as liquids, decaf ice tea
with lemon

I just started making homemade iced tea. I use decaff tea bags, splenda and
lemon. It tastes good and it is very refreshing in the hot weather!

Flavored water... I'm sure that isn't what you want to hear, but it is the
BEST for you. Stay away from the caffeine and carbonation.

Hi Tony, thanks for writing. Water, crystal light, tea, all the same
stuff. Please stay away from caffine as much as possible and from soda for
sure. Soda is an enemy for a wls patient, atleast for the first 2 or 3
years. Weight loss is about change and challenge. I know this is a big
challenge for you, and it really is for me too. I have a hard time finding
the right drinks, even at 3 years out. Water, water with lemon, and for me
hot tea are basic favorites. I drink small amounts of juice, and milk
also, but you just have to get used to water and find ways to enjoy it. I
also sometimes put a small amount of juice (apple or cranberry) in a quart
of water for a light different flavor. That helped for a while as well.
Best to you. Patricia P.

I drink: water, water with crystal light or any other sugar free drink mix,
iced tea (decaf, unsweetened), diet snapple pink lemonade, light hawaiian
punch, light fruit punch (Minute Maid), there are a lot of options, just
read labels and stay within your ratios of calories/fat/sugar. Good luck.

Toni, Wal-Mart has their own brand of Crystal Light which is much cheaper
too. But really you may drink any fluids which promote Zero Calories, is
the Best. Since you should eventually get in at least One Gallon a day if
not Two. Remember though that Juices are loaded with Sugars of their own.
Which OK only if your surgery was/is the Lap Banding as they don't Dump
from Sugars.
