There are better drinks out there on the market, ie, WorldWide protein
drinks, one called Pro Smoothie, both very good tasting, loaded with
vitamins, low carb and high protein. Much better than Slim Fast.

Make sure Slim Fast meets the guidelines of what you doctor wants as meal
supplements. If this is preop attempt at loosing weight, then it may be OK.
If post op then follow the exact protocol the doctor recommends.

Slim fast low carb is on the list of approved protein drinks, given to me
by my nutritionish. It only has 160 calories and 20 carb. I like that it
is readily available. I loved the Chocolate Unjury, but it is expensive!
I found alot of the powders you mix tastes chalky.

Regular slim fast has way too much sugar, but I have heard carb control is
okay.
